I am affiliated with a large number of HMO insurance plans through Greater Newport Physicians, a Medical Group affiliated with the Memorial Healthcare System and its hospitals, Orange Coast Memorial, Saddleback Memorial and Long Beach Memorial, as well as Hoag Hospital. I also participate in many PPO, EPO, POS and traditional insurance plans. To find out if I am a member of your health plan, check your manual or call the office for assistance.

In order to keep billing costs down I ask that patients pay all fees for which they are responsible at the time of their visit. This includes co-payments, unmet deductibles and any services not-covered by insurance.
